In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "77xs", "we", "us", "our" refers to the 77xs online gaming platform, operated under an international gaming licence.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the 77xs platform or who accesses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the 77xs platform, through which all gaming and financial transactions are conducted.
• "Platform" means the 77xs website accessible at 77xs.vip, including all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer games, and associated services.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player that have been cleared and are available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits issued by 77xs that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to a Real Money Balance or withdrawn.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required under the Platform's licensing obligations.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the primary currency of the Platform.

By registering an account on the 77xs platform, accessing any game or betting market, making a deposit, or claiming any bonus or promotional offer, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 77xs. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account, access the Platform, or use any of the services offered by 77xs.

To register and maintain an account on the 77xs platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 77xs strictly prohibits access to real-money gaming by individuals under 21 years old.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 77xs, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 77xs platform or had an account permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• Your use of the Platform is personal and recreational, not professional or systematic in a manner that constitutes commercial exploitation of the Platform's offerings.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 77xs platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity information — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering your account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if any details change.

77xs reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify the information provided at registration at any time. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 77xs may result in account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify the 77xs support team immediately at [email protected].

77xs accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK. Minimum and maximum deposit limits applicable to each payment method are displayed within the deposit section of your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.

All funds deposited into a 77xs account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared wallets, or unidentified sources are not permitted and may trigger a KYC review or account suspension.

Deposits are typically credited to your Real Money Balance within moments of confirmation from the payment provider. In the event of a delay, please contact the 77xs support team with your transaction reference number.

77xs does not accept deposits made using funds derived from illegal activity. By making a deposit, you warrant that the funds you are depositing are your own and have been obtained through lawful means.

From time to time, 77xs may offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All such promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time of the offer. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail solely in respect of that promotion.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 77xs promotions:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Balance and must meet the stated wagering requirement before any portion may be converted to Real Money Balance or withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the total Bonus Balance amount unless otherwise stated.
• Only wagers placed on eligible games — as specified in the promotion terms — count towards the wagering requirement. Free spins on slots, for example, typically do not count towards sports betting wagering requirements.
• Bonuses expire as stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus balances and any associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.
• A Player may only claim each specific promotional offer once unless the promotion is explicitly structured as a recurring offer.
• 77xs reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided where possible.

Withdrawal requests at 77xs are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the availability of that method for withdrawals. In cases where the original deposit method cannot be used for withdrawal, 77xs will work with the Player to identify a suitable alternative.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• The Player's account must have passed KYC verification, including identity and address confirmation.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to a Bonus Balance must be fully met before the associated winnings can be included in a withdrawal.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold applicable to the selected payment method, as displayed in the withdrawal section of the account dashboard.

Standard withdrawal processing time at 77xs is between 1 and 24 hours for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals following approval. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank accounts may take 1 to 3 business days. 77xs does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

77xs reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusually large or otherwise subject to enhanced due diligence under the platform's anti-money laundering obligations.

All bets placed on the 77xs sportsbook — including cricket betting markets covering PSL fixtures, Pakistan international matches, and other global events — are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each sport and market type. These rules are accessible within the relevant betting section of the Platform.

General betting rules applicable across all markets on the 77xs platform include the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. No bet may be cancelled or amended after it has been accepted by the Platform, except where 77xs explicitly offers a cash-out function for that market.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, the applicable settlement rules for that specific sport will govern how outstanding bets are handled.
• 77xs reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where an obvious pricing error has occurred. Obvious errors include but are not limited to odds that are materially inconsistent with those available in the wider market at the time the bet was placed.
• Maximum win limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting market and may vary by sport, market type, and player account status.
• 77xs reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted from any individual Player on any market at its sole discretion, particularly where consistent pattern betting is identified.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77xs platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, resulting in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting any other person in doing so.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt activity in relation to events offered on the 77xs sportsbook.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer or poker-style games.
• Depositing or attempting to launder proceeds of criminal activity through the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your 77xs account.

77xs is committed to promoting responsible gaming and operates a comprehensive suite of player protection tools in compliance with its international gaming licence obligations. Every 77xs account has direct access to the following responsible gaming features through the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in PKR. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.

• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend access to your account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.

All content on the 77xs platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audiovisual material — is the proprietary property of 77xs or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 77xs.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77xs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.

77xs does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from malicious code. While 77xs takes all reasonable technical measures to ensure Platform stability and security, temporary downtime may occur during maintenance windows or as a result of circumstances beyond the Platform's reasonable control.

In all cases, the maximum aggregate liability of 77xs to any Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 77xs holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the 77xs internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies of that jurisdiction.

Players in Pakistan acknowledge that online gaming regulations may differ across jurisdictions. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the 77xs platform complies with any laws applicable to them in their location.

77xs reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, 77xs will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect.

Your continued use of the 77xs platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting the support team.
